Coat surface  by wiping  oil on with a paper  towel. Place pan on low heat for 2 or 3 minutes. Pan is now ready for use. Do not  use  metal utensils  on non-stick surface. Only cook  using  pan on low or  moderate  heat. Hand  wash with warm water and  mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scourers. Rinse Thoroughly. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Dishwasher safe. Pre - heat both sides of the pan over a medium heat with butter or oil. Divide whisked egg mixture  between the  two sides of  the  pan. Cook slowly on low heat. Cook  unlit the centres have set. Add desired ingredients to the  panside  with handle . Fold omelette by gently closing  the pan. Serve immediately. Fill pan (handle side] with water and place over moderate heal and bring lo  boil.  Do not let the pan boil dry ! Season each poaching cups with butter or oil.  Break one egg in to each cup . Use the other half of  the pan as  a lid and close. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until  the egg white is set but the yolk remains  liquid. Invert eggs onto  a serving  plate. Crack your eggs carefully and empty them into the poaching cups, one egg per cup. The best part of a poached egg is a soft, runny yolk, so do be careful that you don't pierce the yolks as you are cracking. Place a lid on the pan. Reduce heat to simmering. Cook on medium heat. Wait for the eggs to poach. When the whites are no longer runny, your eggs have cooked. If you want firmer yolks simply cook a little longer to desired taste. For soft poached eggs cook approximately 4 minutes or until whites are set but yokes are runny. Remove the egg poacher cup tray from the poacher. Coat each poacher cup with a little butter or olive oil (optional). Add 1.5 cm of water to the poacher pan, set over medium heat and bring to a steady simmer on the stove top. Do not let the pan boil dry!. Carefully place poacher tray (containing the poacher cups) into the pan and warm the cups. Gently crack one egg into each poacher cup. The best part of a poached egg is a soft, runny yolk, so do be careful that you don't pierce the yolks as you are cracking. Place a lid on the pan and ensure heat is at simmer. Cook to desired taste. When the whites are no longer runny, your eggs have cooked. For soft yolk allow around 5 minutes for extra large eggs and 4 minutes for medium eggs. Allow slightly longer for harder yolks. Turn off the heat. Carefully remove the egg poacher pan from the stove top. Use a spoon or flexible spatula to remove eggs from the poacher cups.
