  • Use & Care
    Wash with warm soapy water prior to first use. Fully fold out arm and secure on cutting surface. To remove interchangeable plate push plate up from back. To install a different plate, insert from top and push down into place. Place vegetable or fruit on holder/guard for safety. Slide vegetable/fruit back and forth across blade.
