  • Description

Rooted in a traditional cooking technique, Pyrolux - Industry provides a selection of professional cookware tailored to meet your culinary requirements.

    • 1.5mm – 2.0mm Blue Steel construction – exceptional heat conductor
    • Endures high temperatures and facilitates extended preheating
    • Durable and simple to season to develop its own patina/nonstick characteristics
    • Safe for use with metal utensils once seasoned and its natural nonstick features are established
    • Compatible with all heat sources, including Induction
    • Does not absorb odours due to the high-density metal composition
    • Requires minimal maintenance - Not recommended for dishwasher cleaning
    • Always heat and cool your pan gradually.
    • Carbon steel handles can become hot during cooking; always use a protective mitt or oven glove.
    • Before its initial use, clean the fry pan with very hot water and dry it thoroughly. Pour 1cm of oil into the pan and heat on medium for 5 minutes or until the oil begins to bubble. Turn off the heat. This initial step will help to even out any existing oily spots on the pan. Allow the pan to cool and dispose of the oil, wiping away any excess oil with a paper towel. At this point, the pan will start to darken and lose its marks and spots. Repeat this process one or two more times. The more the pan is utilized, the better its performance. The darker it becomes, the more effective it is for natural nonstick properties.
    • To maintain the pan's properties and prevent oxidation, wash it in hot tap water immediately after use, then dry it promptly with a paper towel, ensuring it is completely dry, before lightly oiling and storing it in a dry location.
