Peer Sorensen IBlock Empty Block-Acacia

A knife block without designated slots. Thousands of polypropylene strands secure each blade wherever you place it, accommodating the knives you own instead of those it was intended for. Made from acacia.

• Sustainably sourced acacia. A beautifully grained hardwood where each board features a unique pattern. Durable enough for frequent use, naturally antibacterial, and inherently resistant to moisture and wear.
• Dimensions are 28x12.6x26cm. Designed for you to verify its fit against your countertop prior to purchase.
• Finished to highlight the grain. Treated to enhance the color and figure of the wood instead of covering it with a finish.
• Hand wash and dry. Wood should not be placed in a dishwasher, and a simple wipe down extends the life of the board.
• Oil it occasionally. A light application of food-safe mineral oil nourishes the wood and prevents the grain from drying out. Doing this will ensure that a board like this lasts longer than most kitchen items.
• Gift boxed. Comes in a presentable package, making it suitable as a gift right off the shelf.

Peer Sorensen has been crafting timber boards since 1981.
