Peer Sorensen LG Chop Brd 30X20X1.8cm

An acacia board featuring hollowed handles carved into the ends, allowing you to lift and carry it loaded without searching for an edge.

• Sustainably sourced acacia. A richly textured hardwood where no two boards share the same design. Durable enough for frequent use, naturally antibacterial, and inherently resistant to moisture and wear.
• Gentler on your knives. Wood is less harsh on a blade compared to glass or stone, helping edges remain sharp for a longer time.
• Inherently more hygienic than plastic. Wood possesses natural antibacterial qualities and does not retain the knife marks that plastic does.
• Dimensions: 30x20x1.8cm. Sized for you to verify against your bench prior to purchase.
• Finished to highlight the grain. Treated to enhance the color and figure of the wood rather than conceal it under a layer.
• Hand wash and dry. Wood should not be placed in a dishwasher, and a simple wipe down can extend the life of a board for years.
• Occasionally oil it. A touch of food-safe mineral oil nourishes the wood and prevents the grain from drying out. Doing this can ensure a board like this lasts longer than most kitchen items.
