Good. Bag was larger than I thought it was, but lacked the zips I have on other models I own (not Karlstert). Easy to move around, but requires stacking stuff inside with the heaviest on the bottom. Holds everything well, but I would suggest pre-wrapping everything in smaller shopping bags and putting them inside one on top of the other. Lightest stuff on top. You will find that you can't fit lots of shopping in it as the bag is only 35L and the frame can only handle at max 30kg. My smaller trolley bags have a capacity of 46L but the frame can only carry up to 20kg. I use the Karlstert for smaller shopping runs to the local supermarket like for milk, newspaper, bread etc not a larger shop for which I'd use my larger capacity bags.
Good for what it does. I especially like the trolley hooks on the back of the bag's frame. Makes it easier to hook onto the front of my shopping trolley at the supermarket. Don't need additional bags to shop with. I also get stared at regularly being the only customer using one when I do shop (even though old folks are supposed to use them too). They don't.
Wheels hold up well on concrete and ashphalt. Grass too. But I would suggest ordering spares if you'd be using this bag for an extended period. You'll need replacements. The wheels may be a hard durable plastic, but on my trolley they were dented and had small knicks and stones in it after the first one. I have already ordered another two pairs for spares to cover the next couple months.
If anything on this trolley wears out if you use it regularly. It'll be the wheels not the bag. And you 'can' buy the wheels in NZ, but they have to be ordered in. Use Google.
