Box of Retractable Warwick Medium Ballpoint Pens

The purchse I made on Trade Me was for a box of Warwick retractable Medium Ballpoint Pens with a 1.00mm tip. The box which was couriered to me turned out to be 0.7mm. The fact the 0.7mm was labelled on the outside of the box, suggests quality control was at fault, before the box of pens was dispatched. It turns out that no boxes of 1.00mm tip, black or blue are available. Marston Moor has suplied me with a courier label and the pens have been taken to NZ Post for couriering. The whole process has been unnecessarily time consuming for me and hasn't finished as I shall at some stage have to provide bank account details so I can receive a refund. I strongly suggest Marston Moor improve its processes and ensure that what is advertised for sale is true to label. Heugh Chappell
