These durable and lightweight boards are made from environmentally friendly wheat strawfibre that will not splinter, crack or warp, nor harbour bacteria or absorb unwanted flavours and odours. Ideal for slicing, dicing, and chopping, they are easy on knives and can be used on both sides. They feature a non-sip edge keeping the board in place whilst in use. A juice groove around the perimeter captures liquid extracted from cutting produce, minimising mess and making clean up a total breeze!
